Bedbugs are six legged parasitic insects that draw human and dog blood. Their size is approximately 1/4 inch with an oblong flat form. Their size resembles an apple seed. The top of area of their body has gold shaded hair, antennae and cone like eyes. The bottom area of their own bodies is wrinkly similar to crinkled paper. Bed bugs cannot fly however they can crawl very fast. They will grow and multiply in a temperature range of 70 degrees around 80 degrees Fahrenheit. A new bed bug, is referred to as a nymph, they are see-through in color and changes into a red color after feeding. To achieve adulthood, a nymph bed bug should shed its skin about half a dozen times. A normal female can lay 5 up to 7 eggs a week and can produce around 500 eggs throughout its life-span of Twelve months to 1 . 5 years. The eggs will hatch-out within just 6 to 17 days when they become known as nymphs. Bed Bug eggs are resistant to pesticides or herbicides.
