Facts About North Richland Hills, TX - North Richland Hills is on State highways 26, 183, and 820, eight miles west of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and eight miles northeast of downtown Fort Worth in northeastern Tarrant County. The town is part of the Fort Worth-Arlington Metropolitan Statistical Area. The area was agricultural until 1950, when Clarence Jones developed his farm into a residential area and named it North Richland Hills, in imitation of an adjacent successful development to the south. -TSHA

A normal female can lay five to seven eggs per week and can produce up to five-hundred eggs throughout its life expectancy of 12 months to 18 months. The eggs will hatch-out in just 6 to 17 days when they become known as nymphs. Bed Bug eggs are resistant to pesticides or herbicides. Bedbugs hide in bedding, rugs, quilts, clothing, underneath wallpaper, under cloths, between window curtain folds, behind wall decors and behind wood furnishings. They like to attack through the night and they will remain active right up until before daybreak.
