Facts About Pantego, TX - Pantego is immediately southwest of downtown Arlington and ten miles southeast of downtown Fort Worth in eastern Tarrant County. Settlers started moving into the vicinity by the time of the Civil War, and the Texas and Pacific Railway had built through the area before 1876. They like to attack during the night and they will remain active until just before dawn. Bed bugs bite exposed skin of a man or woman in an infested bed and leave red-colored itchy dots.
